Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia from our Melbourne warehouse.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, flat rate of $10 shipping applies.

How long does delivery take?
We have close to 2000 lines on hand which are fulfilled within 2 business days. We also have access to over 8000 lines to order which only take a week to arrive at our warehouse, which are then fulfilled within the 2 business day promise. Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days depending on your location. Due to fragrance being classified as 'dangerous goods', fragrance can only be carried by regular ground transport - no express.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Authenticity & Products

Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Absolutely. All products are sourced from verified suppliers and guaranteed genuine. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation fragrances.

What does "Discontinued" or "Rare" mean?
These are fragrances that have been retired by the brand and are no longer in production. We source genuine, original-stock bottles — once sold out, they may not be available again.

What does Hard-To-Find mean?

Hard-To-Find fragrances are lines that have not neccessarily been discontinued by the maker but may only be made in limited manufacture runs.

What's the difference between EDP, EDT and Parfum?
These refer to fragrance concentration:

Eau de Toilette (EDT): lighter, fresher, ideal for everyday wear
Eau de Parfum (EDP): stronger and longer-lasting
Parfum/Extrait: the most concentrated and long-lasting option

What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller portion of a fragrance (often a few mL) allowing you to try a scent before committing to a full size.

Do "Unboxed" products mean they're used?
No — unboxed items are brand new, genuine fragrances that simply don't come in their original retail packaging, they usually come in a plain white tester packaging.

What are Dubai or Arabian perfumes?
These fragrances draw on Middle Eastern perfumery traditions, often featuring rich notes like oud, musk, amber and spices. They tend to be long-lasting and intensely aromatic compared to typical Western fragrances.

Stock & Availability

A product is sold out — will it come back in stock?
For regular designer fragrances, restocks are common. For discontinued or rare items, availability can't be guaranteed once sold out — original stock is limited.

Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?
Some product pages have a "notify me" option — if not, feel free to email us and we'll let you know if it becomes available.

Kids' Fragrances

Are kids' fragrances safe and gentle?
Yes, our kids' range is selected with milder formulations suitable for younger users. Always patch-test new fragrances, especially for sensitive skin.
