Le Male Pride 2024
A perfume for all who celebrate diversity, perseverance, and equality! Because we deserve to be celebrated as we are. The Le Male PRIDE edition was born from a commitment: that of Jean Paul Gaultier and the NYC LGBT COMMUNITY CENTER, united for a world where everyone can claim their authenticity. This year, the honoree is Keith Haring, creator of the famous mural Once Upon a Time, adorning the toilets of The Center. A powerful artistic gesture created for the 20th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, the starting point of the gay liberation movement and LGBTQIA+ rights in the United States. For this special edition, the bottle and tin are covered with broad black and white strokes, the artist's signature, expressing the beauty of the human body. Its trail claims only one thing: to be free and love with freedom. ".
The Bottle
My body, my pride. Animated strokes in passionate scenes: Le Male Pride celebrates sexual liberation. Pride! On its printed white torso, the universe of street artist Keith Haring merges with Gaultier's colors. Joy! Between street art and pop art, the emancipated body dresses in the values of both creators to declare: "let's love ourselves as we are!". Around the same message, a queer and fun homage to the Once Upon a Time mural.
